WizKid Products Story

WizKid Products started in the early 2000s from the desire of two men who were tired of the mess that lived around the urinal and saw an opportunity to make a difference. Dean Stickler and Jeff Crevier developed a solution to the problem, our Original Antimicrobial Mat, and the brand WizKid Mats was born. Early on, orders were delivered from the front seat of the owner’s vehicles, and family members were employed to help pack and ship products. Eventually, more space was required, and 1,000 square feet of a warehouse in Dalton, GA, was rented to house the operation. The product line expanded in 2017 with the introduction of the Splash Hog Vertical Urinal Screen, and the company rebranded as WizKid Products. With the demand for our two innovative product lines increasing steadily, the need for space continued to grow as well. In 2019 WizKid Products moved into its new 26,000 square foot manufacturing, shipping, and administrative complex in Dalton.
Since the earliest days of the company, the business has been conducted using a firmly adhered to set of principles. Today those principles are defined as our Core Values. We apply them even more, today because as we grow as a company, we are even more committed to the values that have guided us to this point.

Dean Stickler, Founder, WizKid Products

DEAN STICKLER

Founder

As a very successful businessman in South Florida, Dean has never been known to slow down or stop innovating. Dean got tired of seeing a puddle of urine on the floor in his office building and decided to do something about it. As antimicrobials became common and a way to infuse them into fibers became a reality Dean developed the first antimicrobial urinal mat. With a patent in hand Dean and his friend, Jeff Crevier formed a business partnership to bring the WizKid Antimicrobial Mat to the national market. Today Dean advises and continues to develop new companies and products while taking time to enjoy a good game of golf in South Florida and on occasion in North Carolina.
